Who is behind this Afghan chutney?
The Azizi family moved to the UK over 25 years ago and, over the years, they always enjoyed typical Afghan food; recipes which came down through the generations.
The idea behind producing this chutney on a wider scale is the brain-child of Eraj Azizi. The product is completely handmade in the Azizi household in limited supply. There are other coriander chutneys on the market, but this homemade version is new; it is not mass produced and not available off the shelf.
